Christophe

This week I learned with sadness that my friend Christophe Philemotte passed away after a long battle with cancer.

Some of us in the Belgian Ruby community will remember him as the driving force behind our meetups, and the founder of the Ruby Belgium ASBL. We had so many wonderful moments connecting with like-minded people, thanks to his dedicated work.

On a personal level, Christophe inspired and encouraged me to take a more active role in that community. I will be forever grateful for his trust.

His kind and gentle nature, intelligence, and humanism will be missed.

My thoughts go to his family.
